At Design Gallerie your complete satisfaction is very important to us.  To help answer
any questions you may have while shopping, we have gathered a list of answers to our
customers most frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, please don't

Which States do you ship orders to?

We ship orders anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico.

How can I quickly determine the shipping cost for my order?

To quickly determine your shipping cost, follow these three steps:
1. Add the items you are interested in purchasing to your shopping cart.
2. After the items have been added to your cart, select "View Cart".
3. Enter the ZIP Code where the order is to be shipped and then click submit.
The website will calculate the freight cost based on the total weight of the items in your
shopping cart and your location.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

During the delivery by a freight carrier, it is very important that you inspect the order
before the driver leaves. If you are concerned about the condition of any item, open
the carton and inspect for damage. Refuse any damaged cartons; accept the
remainder of the order. If the entire order is damaged, refuse the shipment and write
DAMAGED - REFUSED and note the damage on the freight bill. Call Design Gallerie
immediately and report the incident.

What is Design Gallerie's return policy?

Returns may be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A re-stocking charge
of 20% and prepaid freight charges both ways apply to all returns made for the
following reasons:
1. Customer does not like the color or the size is incompatible with the area intended.
2. Customer decides not to keep the item because it must be assembled.
3. Merchandise was not delivered in a timely basis through no fault of Design Gallerie.
4. Merchandise is returned without prior approval.
5. Customer refused shipment or is unavailable for delivery.

Please Note: All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number
assigned. Contact Design Gallerie for further instructions within 7 days of receipt.

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Prepaid freight charges both ways will apply on all returns.

Can I cancel an order that has been shipped but I have not received it yet?

You can cancel an order that is in transit, however, the original freight charge is
non-refundable, you will be charged for return freight, and you will be charged a 20%
re-stocking fee.

What happens if I want to return an item more than 7 days after receipt?

Design Gallerie can not accept the return unless we are notified within 7 days of receipt.

Is your site secure? How is my credit card protected?

Our servers are hosted within a secure hosting facility, behind an up-to-date firewall and
monitored by intrusion dection systems.

The checkout and confirmation areas of our site are secured using SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer) technology, ensuring that your credit card number and personal data
are never sent over the Internet without encryption.

Your credit card information is stored on a secured server that is not connected to the
Internet. Statistically, using your credit card to make purchases on our site is more
secure than using it in a department store.

Your full credit card number is never displayed on our site-just select numbers. This
prevents someone from seeing your card number on your monitor.
